Our Staff
Ambrose is a family-run business and we pride ourselves in supporting and catering for the individual needs of the children and families who come to us. Over 90% of our staff are qualified to level 3 and above, the other 10% are currently working towards a qualification. All of our staff are CRB cleared and reference-checked. We feel that a good core team of qualified and experienced staff is the base for a successful nursery; new staff coming in will then learn valuable experiences.
Claire Barry is the nursery manager and has been with the nursery from the early days of us opening. Claire is qualified and experienced in both the birth to three matters and the foundation stage and uses a hand's on approach to encourage and lead our dynamic group of staff. Claire is always striving to improve and develop all aspects of nursery life and has built up strong relationship with both children and parents.
